Apple Tree Aesthetics Event Night Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gift Certificate provided by Apple Tree Aesthetics ("Apple Tree Aesthetics" or "we") as a gift in return for attending an event. By accepting and using the gift Certificate, you ("Recipient" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the gift Certificate.
1. Certificate Redemption:
The Apple Tree Aesthetics Gift Certificate may be redeemed against a future treatment offered by Apple Tree Aesthetics, excluding consultation services.
The Certificate cannot be used for any products, consultations, or any services not specified in these Terms.
The voucher must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance after partial redemption will not be carried over or refunded.
2. Certificate Value:
The Apple Tree Aesthetics Gift Certificate holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
The Certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the Recipient to whom it was originally issued.
3. Expiry Date:
The Certificate is valid until the expiration date specified on the Certificate itself. After this date, the Certificate will be considered void and cannot be redeemed.
It is the responsibility of the Recipient to ensure they use the Certificate before its expiration date.
4. Booking and Availability:
To redeem the Certificate, Recipient must schedule a treatment appointment with Apple Tree Aesthetics in advance.
Treatment availability is subject to scheduling and may be limited. Apple Tree Aesthetics is not responsible for any inability to book a preferred appointment due to availability issues.
5. Lost or Stolen Certificates:
Apple Tree Aesthetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen Certificates. Certificates will not be replaced or reimbursed if lost, stolen, or damaged.
6. Certificate Misuse:
Apple Tree Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse any Certificate that is suspected to be fraudulent, tampered with, or misused in any way.
7. Certificate Transfer:
The Certificate may not be transferred or sold to any other individual or party without the express written consent of Apple Tree Aesthetics.
8. Alterations and Termination:
Apple Tree Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms, including the Certificate program, at any time without prior notice.
9. Liability:
Apple Tree Aesthetics is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or attempted use of the Certificate.
10. Governing Law: - These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
